OSU offers new equine CE
Walter Threlfall, DVM, MS, PhD, Dipl. ACT, professor in the Department of Veterinary Clinical Sciences, is presenter for the courses. The three new ones are: • Equine uterine therapy, covering the advantages and disadvantages of various mare uterine treatments, and the methods of when and how to infuse the uterus. • Stallion breeding soundness examination, covering identification of the animal, its history and physical examination and the components of stallion examination. • Mare breeding soundness examination, covering all components of the exam, beginning with the purpose and indications. Courses last about an hour to 90 minutes, and cost from $40 to $60 each.
